  11. During a quick interview at Cal Lab, Sal told me that his favorite food is kabsah, that his favorite dessert is Date. Also he said his favorite singer is Lil Wayne and he told me his favorite style is rap. Later he told me he likes to read the Al koran. In contrast, he said that his favorite TV show is called by “How I met your mother."

After a while, and more relaxed he said that a friendship must have two major values: loyalty and sense of humor. He surprised me when interrogated about to be blind or deaf: “I would rather be blind because I would prefer to contemplate the world in silence but to see it!"

Under pressure but curious about the next question, he interrupted the interview and asked me about some of my preferences. I told him 15 of them. Thus I could notice him more confident. Then I asked him about the future. The exactly same future which scares me and you dear reader... Suddenly he looked up to the superior left corner of his forehead and I could notice that the time was stopped by that thought. I was waiting quietly, when he answered slowly that he would like to work and marry in his home country Saudi Arabia.

Sal breathed quietly. What was not said in a direct way but was understood among words is that we are looking forward the same future. The exactly same future which comforts you and me dear reader. At the end of the interview he extended his hand and said tenha uma boa tarde.

#10-14. We can't say "he said me," only "he TOLD me."
Say is not followed by an indirect object (me), but it is followed by a direct object noun clause.

ex. He said that I looked great.
NOT: He said ME that I looked great.

      #7. That's a relief!

Your verbs inside the noun clauses are PERFECT. Nice work.
