Adjective Clauses: Modifying Pronouns

It is rare, but possible, to modify pronouns (I, you, he, she, we, they) with an adjective clause.

For example, the following quote:
"He who laughs last laughs best."

The following may seem unusual, but it is grammatically possible and it might be used in certain cases. For example,

A: I'm really sorry for what happened yesterday. I hope you can forgive me.
B: No, not at all! Rather, it is I who should apologize for the mistake!
